Josh serves as CEO of Lead5 and has 17 years of executive search experience having successfully completed over 350 senior-level searches working for Fortune 1000 companies and financial sponsor backed organizations. In Josh's previous role as Head of the Financial Officer Practice in North America for Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), he focused on recruiting CFO’s, treasurers, controllers, and division finance officers across multiple industries. In addition, he worked in Global Financial Markets for over a decade recruiting senior executives to financial institutions including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and insurance firms.
Josh had a distinguished career with Korn/Ferry as he was the youngest partner in the firm at the time of his promotion and one of the youngest practice leaders in the firm's history. In addition, he has been quoted on various leadership and succession topics in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, and CFO Magazine.
Josh left Korn/Ferry in 2013 with a vision of creating an online exchange, empowering candidates with intel and transparency on the executive search process. His extensive experience in traditional executive search makes him uniquely equipped to understand and address the pain points associated with the CXO job search.
Josh received his bachelor's degree in management, magna cum laude, from Baylor University.
Mike is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Lead5. Mike brings a wealth of operational and procedural savvy to the table. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is an expert in project and people management, process improvement and implementation, customer relations, marketing, and communications. His responsibilities as COO include operations, search, business development, and partnership marketing.
Mike comes to Lead5 from Ivie & Associates, a marketing communications firm where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, leading two business units for the company. During his tenure, he successfully developed and implemented operational solutions both domestic and abroad. Mike has always been motivated by a philosophy that focuses on growing profit through improved business processes, stronger analytics, and team development.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Texas A&M University.
Vince serves as Lead5’s Chief Product Officer and brings over 23 years of IT, product, and entrepreneurial experience to the company. After starting his career with IBM, Vince launched a successful software consultancy and, over the ensuing years, provided leadership and technical depth to multiple organizations: from smaller concerns and startups to larger Fortune firms such as The Home Depot and Norfolk Southern.
Prior to joining Lead5, Vince served as CEO of MainStreetSHARES (formerly BigCrumbs.com), which he founded and grew into a profitable online loyalty service that went on to drive over $500MM in transactional volume to more than 1,600 retail partners in the highly competitive e-commerce space. As founder, Vince was initially involved in all areas of the business from product and operations to partnerships, marketing, management and strategic vision. In the 10+ years the business operated, product development and product management emerged as key passions and skill-sets that were integral to the company’s success.
Vince’s responsibilities with Lead5 include all things product: from planning and construction to marketing, testing and managing Lead5’s offerings in-market. As such, his charge of the Lead5 platform has him keenly focused on continuous product improvement and delivering an optimal experience to Lead5’s growing membership. His product philosophy is one of relentlessly understanding, anticipating, and delivering on member needs.
Vince earned his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Tuskegee University.
